We are excited to host this in-person 2 day catered workshop, where we will leverage the collective wisdom and experience (both bad and good), to uncover opportunities for NZ and it’s future of Agile. This is equally targeted to Executives, Transformation leads, General Managers, Agile leaders and anyone in a position with a passion to pioneer a way forward. We are expecting to attract a variety of attendees from across NZ and all our industries.

This is a 2 day workshop (you may choose to attend day 1 or both days) is set in an intimate setting in Mairangi Bay, Auckland, New Zealand. It will be hosted in a comfortable setting, to help support those authentic conversations. It will be limited to the first 15 paying attendees. Accomodation is available on site, for any overseas travellers or weary attendees who would like to leverage this workshop as a weekend away to stay focused (only 2 bedrooms are available).

On Day 1 we will have the honour of hearing from David Snowden, world renowned and the Chief Scientific Officer of the Cynefin Company, on his topic of “Re:Wilding Agile”. (https://www.linkedin.com/in/dave-snowden-2a93b)

On Day 2, we will kick off with a conversation around our key take aways from Dave’s day 1 session. I will lead a facilitated conversation, to hear from you about “What next…”. Forging a call to action from our collective inspiration and wisdom.

I believe the future of Agile in NZ is in our hands and I would love to leverage these two days to unlock our own potential and courageously forge forward.
